24 and 2...

Hey everyone how's it going. New to RIU but not new to growing. Just wanted to put some pics of what I got going on. 24 ladies under 2 960w full spec led's. Added HR and ir and diodes are 3000k. Strains are Forlato- forbidden fruit x gelato 33, Purple Cherry Runtz- purple cherry cookies x runtz, and the Fruntz- forbidden fruit x runts... today is day 33 feeding botanicare pure blend pro on every watering. Lolli pop and trellis trained. Here's the good part, the pictures...

Happy Growing hope everyone enjoys... will be posting this whole run so pull up a chair if ya like and keep scrolling if ya don't! Later cannafam.

Very nice, great green and clean leaf tips, I like the lolipopping as well. A few stretchy tips only. You seem to have this down.
You could probably lower power and hanging height for power saving but hey why mess with it when it's already working?
What space and what environment do you run?

The space is a 13ft x 9ft (inside dimensions). The table is 4'x8' with 2x4 framing and strapping every 12"... the table top is corrugated pvc material over lapped and the drain for the table is drip edge to a bucket i dump by hand every day. The ac is an 18k btu Gree mini split unit and the dehumi is a Sentinel HD55 120 pint a day commercial unit ducted to an inline carbon scrubber ducted to an 8inch 1000cfm canfan that scrubs the room constantly (room is sealed tight and insulated with roxul and spray foam on all the seams) so the canfan just dumps into the room above the lights. Both ac and dehumi drain to a 1/2 gallon condensate pump that pumps to a grey water floor drain in my basement.the dehumi has a pre-filter (merv 13) between that and the inline canfan (phresh brand 3ft long, rated for 1200 or 1500 cfm) keeps all the air clean and free of any dust. The canfan is always running at half speed on a speed controller, while the dehumi and the rest of the environment is controlled by a trolmaster controller. The CO2 gen is an autopilot 4 burner (pretty standard there keeps the room saturated between 1000 and 1300 ppms. The food solution is 950ppms and the pH is 5.8 (botanicare pure blend pro). Soil is FFOF only. Feed once a day little to no run off. 24 plants, 12 per light- leach total between 1 and 2 gallons, takes 15-20 to feed it. Rez is a 55gal food grade blue barrel with a 1/4 sump pump hooked to a garden hose to feed by hand every day. Soon to be a drip system in one or 2 harvests. Just put this one up a few months ago now she is rockin and rolling along.

Environment is 79°F day temp, 72°F night temp... humidity is set to 58%rH day time and 55%rH night time... PPM's set to 1300 deadbands at 1000. 12/12 for flower. Not a hard flip though 1 week prior to flower they all get a 12 hour night to start the "transition schedule" after that first 12hr night the lights are on 48/12 then 24/12 then to the flip. This little transition period imo gets the hormone change started and gives them a little boost into the full flip usually pistils by day 7-10 instead of day 15-21.

Plan is to chop these and dry once in the room and during cycle 2 I will be building a drying room so I can flip back to back for 6 harvest per year. I loose 7-8 days every flip otherwise and a whole harvest by the end of the year.

Legal here recreational and retail is in a few months. Preparing for that and hanging up 10-20 lights once I have my license. I do have my seed license through our dep of AG which allots me more then the regular plant count for experimentation and such.

The veg area that supplies this room is an 8'x3' table house exactly the 24 that go under the lights. The veg area and everything else gets water by hand I mix a 5gallon solution up for the veg area and the moms and the breeding/sexing tents.Have a mom tent 4'x8' holding moms and cuts on one side and the other side is for testing progenies out. I have 2 separate tents for breeding and sexing. One houses my males to collect pollen from and the other is the sexing tent.

I have a separate from my house 200amp service that powers everything and all my equipment is compliant to code ip68 water and dust proof made for wet and damp locations. That about covers it i think. I'll have a bunch more content up soon just easing in to this forum seems like a cool place to share and learn.
Thanks for the interest happy growing!

One thing I left out is I have wall mounts in the flower room and veg area (12 inch hurricane wall mounts from amazon. They work baddass and last forever)

Here is a little tour of the rest of the grow.

20210616_090746.jpg
The male tent with a few selected females being pollinated for a current project.
20210616_090807.jpg
Seedlings being sexed from seed (as to not waste the extra media on the males)
20210616_090756.jpg
EZ Cloner 16 site plain tap with 2 tbsp of great white change over once every 7 days... perpetual cloning!
20210616_090824.jpg
The veg area vegging purple garlic (platinum garlic x purple avitar) for flower where they will be tested for yield and structure and terpene profiles. A cut is taken from every single plant and preserved until its either made the cut or brought to the chopping block.
20210616_090850.jpg
Some cuts from this current run
20210616_090953.jpg
The rez.
20210616_091039.jpg
The 18k Gree outdoor unit.
20210616_091053.jpg
The veg area closed up.
20210616_091119.jpg
The first curtain up, its a magnetic curtain! The second bit of plastic you see is basically a greenhouse built around the plants in the veg area. Keeps it nice and humid the way they like it in veg.
20210616_091247.jpg
And finally the control center. Also notifies me via notification on my phone when parameters drop below the levels I set for CO2, temp, rH, and light. Hope you enjoy the set up thanks for tuning in everyone... happy growing!

Oh, so everyone everywhere has a great highspeed connection? And nobody has monthly limits on bandwidth? You ignorant narrow minded retard think of others
Hey it was a funny joke the general assumption is most places and people do have solid internet nobody is directly insulting you personally. Sorry if the full images slow down ur load time I however rather be able to label out each individual picture and make an indepth journal.

That's a lot of info! Sounds solid. My only note is environment: most people run their led temps a bit higher, 81-84F for a standard grow, maybe a bit more for CO2. The reason is missing infrared heating from the hids. Basicly while hid/HPS is all a game of keeping temps down, led is more of keeping temps over 80. This will allow you to push your plants a little further. Good luck with commercial, legal and all :)

Right to personal insults. Maybe you should think of those who live in modern times. Or, perhaps you'd prefer the Forum itself to cater to your limited bandwidth and not allow full pics? Get off your soapbox, it shows your ignorance.

Thanks alot!! I'm really gearing up here for the next few months, have a commercial space rented and shooting for the small tiered cultivation with a nursery license as well. The temperature deadband for cooling is set to 5°F so it never goes above 84 but the low temperature deadband to shut cooling off is set to 1°F so it never gets cooler then 78°F so my range for temp is 78°F-84°F and the deadband for on and off on dehumidification is set to 2%rH and that ranges from 60-56%rH which is not prime vpd

Sometime i do get some funny readings in there with the temp, rH, and vpd measurements so I have a couple ndri co2 temp/rH sensors i built and programmed with arduino ide that are very accurate and I have those pushed to a browser to log the data and notify my phone as well so I can check the readings against both sensors. But technology can be unreliable sometimes so I have some other temperature and humidity sensors in the room as well that just read live data. Stays pretty tight in there though for the most part.

Basically still dialing in the space. Its the first cycle in this new build.
