So, a bit of an update:

On Feb. 20th, I bought a new HPS bulb and swapped it out for the MH bulb. The plants had started flowering, but weren’t really "taking off". Here's a picture taken two days after the lamp was changed:

If you contrast that, with the picture taken three days previous, seen above, and the picture taken of Feb. 9th, above that one; it's evident that the bulb change has had an impressive impact on the rate of flower production. There was little change in size and quantity of the flowers from the 9th of Feb. to the 19th of Feb., but the three days following the bulb change have yielded significant changes.

The tent is looking quite full. The two Rogue Thunders in the back are showing significant gains.

The Sour Koshers are looking great:

And the Holy Grail Kushes are still coming along:

I'm hoping to harvest the tent Kushes and Koshers in about 2 weeks time.

I just took another picture of the old veg area. This is two days difference, from the picture above, now that I have the HPS lamp over the area. (Bonus points if you can spot "Stupid Cat"!)

The one Sour Kosher has tiny little stems...like straws. So I had to tie them up a few days ago, when I harvested the first three plants. I think that was about 10 or 11 days ago.

And the crazy sized Sour Kosher is...well...still going nuts

The Holy Grail Kushes, on the other hand, have some tree trunk stems. Even though they're getting a bit top heavy, there is nothing to worry about with them!

And, now that they're getting closer to harvest, here's the trichome porn!

I'm hoping to start harvesting next week. The Sour Koshers are looking very full; no surprise there, I've really come to expect no less from them.

The Holy Grail Kushes are coming along nicely too. Again, not nearly as much as the Sour Kosher, but nothing to sneeze at.

The secondary flowering area is progressing as well:

Great idea on using a weight to LST them down. I was using the bottom of my milk crates but after they got too big I wasn't able to keep them trained much after. Nice work they are all looking great and have some good chuckyness.

Thanks, I found that you can really expand the size of the area your plants cover, giving the opportunity for more colas to form. Also, my cat like to hide under the canopy...like he is in a jungle!

So, I haven't put up pictures in a while, so here's some trichome pics from this morning...

Well, I'm hoping to to harvest very soon. The Sour Kosher isn't quite as far along as the Holy Grail Kush. judging from the trichomes, the SK looks like there are still quite a few that haven't turned milky yet:

but the HGK's trichomes appear to be more of a milky colour:

I used dead tree limbs and haysting in my outdoor grows last year to LST my plants. I picked limbs with just enough weight to bend them over, but light enough they could move in a wind storm.

Well, well, well...I started harvesting the tent last night, and am finishing off this morning! It looks like a good crop from the 5 plants. This time I used my head and labelled which was which when I hung them to dry. I went to the dollar store and grabbed a bunch of clothes pins and wrote on them what the strain was.

The big one is part of the massive Sour Kosher cola. It was too tall to be able to hang, so I cut higher on the stem so it wouldn't be dragging on the floor of the closet.

Some more Sour Kosher colas:

Here are some pictures of the Holy Grail Kush:

The HGK is on the far left, you can see the difference between them and the Sour Koshers

Not as heavy a producer as the Sour Kosher, but not bad either:

The head of this one was so heavy that I accidentally snapped it, so I completely removed it from the cola for drying:

So, now that there is room in the tent, I have decided to clear out the "vegging" area by moving everything into the tent. It's pretty full again, but that's a good thing!

So anyway, I had some clones and seedlings, still sitting in beer cups, as well as a bunch of veggies and stuff sitting on my kitchen counter, along with my Sour Kosher mama. I set up my table again and moved a bunch of CFLs on/above the table. I'm looking forward to taking one of the 1000W lights down, my last electrical bill was over $400!
