2nd grow need help.

Have had issues for a little while now. Top of plant is droopy but bottom is fine? My other one is a tad bit better. I had ph issues with water I got them figured out now. Watering ph of 6.3. Watering 2 -2.5 liters every 4 days. They are in fox farm ocean forest soil, 5G pots and Mars hydro tsw2000 about 18” above. Temps are 78-80 rh 45-50. Can’t seem to figure it out.

Looks like a watering problem. Try less water more often. Like 1 1/2 Liters every 3 days. See if that helps.
Do you get runoff when you water?

I did at first but had slowed it down because I thought I was over watering, it’s strange. My ph run off was good. I was doing a light feeding of 600 ppm but my run off at one point was over 2000 so I’m not going to feed this next watering. Thanks for the reply

Measuring the ppm of organic soil is not possible. The soil is to complex for a tds meter to read.
It works with coco but not organic soil.
I would also back off the nutes and let the soil do the work. They'll come around..

Okay will do, so I’ll do less water also. Should I water to run off? Because 1.5 liters won’t get me there

Run off is not gonna be accurate, what you are doing is seeing what been going on before …. Do slurries … where you take soil close to the roots and test with ph and ppm meter … take a shot glass and go down an inch or two of soil and add equal water and see what the slurry is…. With run off your also getting what’s in the soil too , everything washes down so that will give a skewed # ….. let the pot dry some And see if it perks back up ….

Alright I just mixed up a sample I will post the numbers in about 20 mins, it’s strange tho when I do let it dry out the whole thing gets droopy not just the top

Or the light is a little to much ? Before you do any thing raise it up to 24” and see what happens …..

Those plants look small for being in 5gal pots and needing water every 4 days. Let them get very light before watering, your better off under watering the over esp if you look at your plants regularly youll imediatly see the droop from being too dry and it will barely affect anything. Of course dont use that strategy, just saying you can let that soil get much dryer than you most likely are if its every 4 days at taht size.

That looks fine , ppm a tad high but not bad …. Raise the light some … and see if she reacts to it …..

Looks like root problems to me, those are big pots for that size plant. How old is this plant? Did you always have it in those pots?
