3 weeks old 3rd grow asking for pointers

My plant is about a foot tall and lookin healthy. I do not have any idea of how and when to add nutrients to my plant that I'm growing in 5 gal pot with organic soil and some perlite. I did pretty good with my last grow I just didn't get the big buds im looking for. I plant yielded 1 ounce. That was because my light was a week one and I winged it with the nutrients/calmag. I have a new light and I know it's perfect for growing one plant in my tent. Any info would be appreciated very much.

I would bring light in closer 2 ft and yes you can feed her, Did you just water her?

Only one plant because I want to focus all that good light on one plant so that I will get a bigger plant with bigger buds. Do you know about the nutrients and how much and when to use. I'd like to know

If you want more bud sites, research into topping and Low-stress Training (LST). This forum (just use the search function) and many websites and books hold a lot of information on the topics. They're simple techniques that are very approachable by new growers.

is sensi bloom is for flowering stage? You should focus on nutes that has nitrogen for the vegetative stage.
