30 DAY EVICTION NOTICE! What would YOU do?!

Well, I appreciate ALL of your input, thank you! Though not gonna lie, I'm STILL not 100% on what I'll do...I guess I should have added I'm STILL battling these mother f€&,%ing NATIVE outdoor (no, NOT the cannabis specific 2 spotted hardcore type) spider mites! However, it's beginning to seem like as long as you have a spider mite infestation, it doesn't matter WHAT type they are... they are nearly impossible to be 100% rid of! I just ended a full 10 day systemic/foliage run of azamax, saw lots of them but not ONE crawling around, but just to be safe, waited a few days and looked again and noticed one just strolling by along among his dead buddy's....dirty little bastard, so NOW I'm hitting them with some orange yellow liquid stuff that's mainly neem oil & just sprayed the crap outta them...I'm starting to think I won't be able to guarantee any clones I take won't be totally free of mites...in which case I would shitcan the ENTIRE thing. I REFUSE to bring them into my next grow op.! We'll see eh?! OH! Btw Up until now I haven't seen ONE seed from my DIY attempt to cross pollinate my favorite and LAST plant of a random bag seed strain (and a buff, tightly noded skunky male )that has been an amazing yielder of sweeet Stanky nugs, well a VERY unexpected seed jumped out of a oddly placed and scarce big brown pod near a lower branch on one of my biggest curing buds! Hell YEAH! So... the "hybrid version" of my fruity bitch lives!
All I have to say is Mite rid, its from here in Australia and it works better than anything I have ever seen...its systemic so you dont need to spray under the leaves and simple, if the little c&*ts chew on your plant..they will die.

Check with your state/local laws.. A 30 day notice is really just a request for you to vacate.. It holds no real force or power.. But continue to pay rent...
In most cases it's realllly hard to evict someone. It can take a year to get someone out. I forget the exact process, but they post the notice which starts the clock, if you don't move out then they actually have to sue you to move out.. Once a court date is set just don't show up and request another date 30 days later etc... I live in Cali and have tried to evict someone. The tenant has crazy rights... We went 9 months without receiving a penny in rent while trying to evict.
Really? The guy has a house full of foliage the landlord knows about. I don't think you want to piss him off to the point where he calls his buddy, leo.

Just go and take it as a gift he didn't drop a dime on his way home. Even in a legal state, they can screw you pretty hard if they want to.

If worse comes to worse and you have to move just chop your plants down into little guys.
Leave 2-3 nodes of growth. You'll have the benefit of keeping a good root mass with them. Which in turn means they'll bounce back with a vengeance when the time comes to start em back up again.
I do it with my moms every 2-3 weeks and keep them under a 2x2 T5 rig. 8 bulbs. Only keep 4 bulbs in it. Every other slot. You don't need a whole lot to keep them in a perpetual small state.
It'd probably make people cry with the way I butcher them.
I would only suggest this if you really wanna keep the ones you have in your situation. It's totally doable though.

There are fantastic genetics for sale nowadays so losing your favorite is not the big deal it used to be.
Hmmm, yeah you're probably correct, I guess I just don't know because I have yet to order ANY! But DAMN have I been tempted! Lol! It's the whole sending them to my current garden/living location that's held me back, ya know? And the real shitty thing is I have PAMPERED these little suckers! Went on vacation and got some nice exotic, rare seeds from good friends, came back and got 8 out of 9 monster crop clones to root vigorously!, and had the new strains from seed looking like some magic beanstalk storybook plants, it would hurt to have to put em down... I'm also just worried what I consider to be "great ganj" is subjective to the next person...I mean, what is your opinions on a really strong, sweet/stinky strain and what Seedbank to go through?

sounds likely enuf! Cool idea to keep em stealthy/short for transport too I suppose,...I mean I HAVE a bunch of the same beans these gals came from still, but more than half of them are beautiful, wicked multi branching monster crop clones, showing MAJOR yield potential!

Oh NO man! The landlord has NO idea! No, if that were the case we woulda been tailights a long time ago, I've actually given these greedy prix no semi honorable reason to justify this eviction, they're just flexing their so called "power" because they must have been sissy bitches in high school, now they got marginal power and love bullying honest people...fckin cowards I tell ya.

If you have mites 1 ) and have to move to a new place in 30 days. Just start over again fresh. I would wash my pots and perioxide them.

Too many good genetics available now, no matter.how precious you feel something is.

Yeah, agreed and having few realistic options available currently, that's likely the route I'll have to go, but again who thinks strain A. Is great, & from what reputable Seedbank? And a brief summary of the ease of the transaction itself would be great too

Seedsherenow is a seedbank
Oregon elite is another one. All depends on what you are looking for..

If you are in the 907, your tripping to hard on illegality of your crop, IMHO. Unless your #"s are high, you have nothing to worry about, except breaking your rental agreement or a rip off.
Cut them back, box em up and bring them with you, if it's good, and do yourself a favor and nuke the mites with something stronger than Azamax- my mites laughed at that shit.
Easier would be to clean up real good and start over fresh. You can buy cuttings at the dispensary or order up some seeds.

Oh! No man, I'm not in AK, I grew up there but im in 1 of the other lower 48, one that's not so easy on the life, hint hint. Regardless, it appears our choice is gonna be to move in with a friend for the time being, and since I don't cultivate with ANYONE around or let anyone know....they gotta go. Really sux cuz they are looking gorgeous and branchy but it is what it is and I'd rather not run the risk of taking clones that could have even one little hitchhiking mite bastard onboard. It's gonna be a "start out fresh" situation. :/

For what it's worth, I purchase seeds online from Europe ALOT. Never had a problem getting them delivered to the Pacific NW. They always come shipped stealth. I received a hollowed out John Grisom book. Customs form from Switzerland said Book. Just looked like a friend of mine shipped me a book. I opened the book, and inside the hollowed out pages were dozens of seeds, all packaged and labeled. Maybe pay $4-10 per seed depending. Good luck

Ps Xmas time is a great time to get stuff in mail, just looks like a friend from wherever is shipping you a Xmas card or present.

I would challenge the landlord to combat, kill him with my sword and claim his land
The landlord That rules these lands is a coward who hides behind 2 literal troll-esque minions & makes sure not to rear her ugly mug around here...I'd happily rent her asunder...or (another fave of mine) cleave her in twain!

Just start fresh from seed, its pretty safe these days since there are so many US seed banks and you don't have to deal with customs. Fuck bringing that bug problem to a new spot.

I'm chivalry-bound to defend all fair maidens and ladies of title, unless they're found guilty of witchcraft or treason, in which case it's my duty to kill them and their henchmen
