OMG wtf are you doing to them ??
My 3 white rhino plants are 7 days old (see attached photo)
Imagine what these bad boys will be like when there 32 days old ?!?!
Im using a 250w Osram son-t-plus in a hanging reflector ('hard wired' ballast). 1 foot away from plants.
This is my first grow and 7 days is all it has took to get upto 10 true leaves!! you have to spend time reading through help pages and forums , and gain knowledge before diving into anything , you can achieve alot more than you have in 32 days when you know what your actually doing.
But hey; Im no expert its just a thought!!

Those are pretty small for 32 days.

did u check the ph of the water your using? looks too acidic to me ... if u aint u can pick one up for cheap at a pound shop or bnq lol

whats the temp in there you would be surprised how much the right temp matters my plants were doing the same thing then i pt i blanket under the pot and a heating pad on low in my grow box and my ladies have been thriving since

your plants look terrible bro. I hate to say it but...
They are stretched terribly...you should have to hold them up so young. You need more powerful lights...or you need to have your weak lights right up on your plants...but not so close it burns them. You should replant them and just bury them deeper in the ground. And if your are correct with that image being day 19 of growth, then you have incredibly stunted plants. give them more love! My plants look bigger than your and mine are at day 10 from planting my germinated seeds. If you can't afford to grow, then don't. Otherwise, do that shit right.
