My light schedule is 18 and 6 ...but on the 15 hour, my plants start to sag and looking like they're ready to go to sleep.... What is the cause of that I have 2 LED lights running, 1 600 an 900 Viper spectra.. Do you think the plants are taking in to much light

Most likely not from those lamps. I doubt they even draw 200W combined.

Because they all start drooping before lights go out. It's totally normal.
