400w vertical freezer grow.

Hi RIU..hope everyone's having a nice Independence Day. Anywho I'm planning on trying a vertical aeroponic sog grow inside an upright freezer. All of which is new to me (aero, vertical, freezer). So any advice is helpful. The plan is to have two PVC pipes on each internal side of the freezer. Each tube will have water lines(1" PVC) with sprayers to water the roots. Each tube will hold 4 clones vegged for 12-14 days. This will give me a total of 32 clones. Strains: purple wreck reserva privadaChronic serious seedsWhite Russian serious seeds. Any thoughts, recommendations or advice to help this be as effecient as possible?

Nothing ? No strain recommendations or advice from experienced fridge/freezer growers?

Vertical as in bulb vertical ? Lol I'm trying to picture this . So you have never done aeroponics, or a vertical grow , or a freezer grow ? Do u ever wonder why most people don't do freezer grows ? Truly I believe u don't have enoug room in there period . To produce anything would be quite the adventure if you're going vertical more so I believe. - small overhead air cooled light would probably be better . Add pics of fridge . Then again they do vary in sizes

ya you will need air cooled lights , well it would work better... idk how the freezer would keep it at a good temp... when lights off it will be freezing in there.... lights on prolly hott as hell..

Valid point, but I wasn't planning on using the freezer for temp control. Just a stealthy grow box. I already have a fan and ducting for the light. I found some small air conditioner things that might help too. They are designed to keep coolers cool rather than using ice so they are considerably small. So with those blowing cool air, my fan and duct work cooling the light and an intake fan the temp should be fine.... Hopefully

Thats right, I've had numerous soil, dwc and rdwc grows though. I'm just trying to be more stealth. But as far as space goes that was my biggest concern. The internal demensions of an average fridge/freezer is just over 24". So having the light hanging vertically in the middle will leave me with around 8" from clone to light.
And once they start to stretch that would obviously be a problem. I was thinking maybe a little bush master to reduce the stretch and possibly a screen to train the plants to grow up rather than out towards the center. ? Maybe just tie them back even ?

By the way, when I said the internal demensions I meant 24" wide x 24" deep

I have a19"x24"x48"H Metal cabinet I set up with a bare 400 hung vertical. 1 4" 120v exhaust, passive intake. It's in my basement, which is pretty cool, so I have no heat issues, actually having trouble getting to 75F,I'm pretty sure I could hang a 600 bare and control temps. I WOULD NOT consider flowering in there,I thought about lining the walls with chicken wire and scrogging it,but it's way too tight. Sog would be better, which sounds like how you are going, but you vertical height is going to be the issue,how much is in a fridge after lights and pots? 24"'maybe 30", which depending on stretch means you'll have to flower cutting around 6-8"?

yes I do plan on running a sog. But I have done a little more research and measurements and it looks like a regular stand up freezer won't work.
So now I was thinking of buying a double door(side by side) Freezer/fridge, and cut the middle divider to connect the internal freezer and fridge area. If that makes sense? But doing this would add an additional 10" in width, which would give me an area of roughly 32"w 28"d 60"h. My vertical tubes which the clones will be set in are only going to be 30" tall. So height shouldn't be an issue. Just training the clones to grow up instead of out towards the light will be the challenge.

just imagine something like this only a bit smaller scale. I'll only have 8 tubes covering 3 panels of the fridge (left,right,and back). Each tube with 3-4 clones
