45.000 LUX = Problem?

Happy New Year friends (again :P) I stumbled upon a thread a few days ago and one you guys recommended using a LUX Meter on my phone. I downloaded one from Play Store which had the best reviews and was quite popular. I opened the app, and placed my phone next to the highest top, facing the light(Meijiu 240w QB) and it said it was 45000. Should I make adjustments? Distance is 16 inches but I'll be honest the manufacturer recommends 20-32inches. Thank you.

One is super happy, the other has been a pain since day 10 and showed rust spots and droopy leaves. I don't think that that had something to do with LUX however. Both plants had twisting leaf tips though and that's definetely got to do with light or heat I think. Reading some articles online right now and says " plants reach a saturation point after 80000LUX(in flowering)." So maybe I'm good.

I've got an actual lux meter and I don't trust if for shit so indont know how good a mobile phone will be.

I've gone through a couple and finally stumbled on this $30 meter and video from Migro showing proper PAR conversions.
It works surprisingly well...
