Hey you, 53 days have passed since I have switched to the 12/12 cycle, I began to gather after 3-4 days because some plants have started to brown hairs, and those containing only white will leave them more. What you thinking of them gather there or to wait for more. I think I suffer from something also, here are some pictures from today. Thank you, please help.

First of all welcome to RIU, I hope that you enjoy this site as much as I have over the years. Your plants are looking good and if this is your first grow you have reason to be proud of your efforts. What strain are your girls? The next question is what does the breeder give you for app. flower time? Looks like you still have a few weeks to go until they are ready to harvest.
The pistils on the buds will come and go throughout the grow during flowering, constantly putting on new flower and some of the old pistils retreating as they go past viability for seeds. You will notice the calyxs swelling greatly as it nears ripeness.
Your greatest asset at this point in your grow is patience and your worst enemy is impatience. Keep reading the threads there are many links which will help determine when to harvest your girls.
Hope this helped alittle, good luck and if you have other questions feel free to message me.

Thank you man,The strain is Black Russianand the breeder is Delicious seed. They recomend 50-55 days or 8 weeks, today is 54 day and after 2-3 days the girls will do 8 weeks. For this i ask are they ready for cot it off.
i send photos to the breeder and they told me that must wait one week, and send pictures again. Not ready yet.

No, these are not ready for harvest. If you have a microscope or powerful magnifier (good source: Edmund Scientific), use it to examine the trichomes. When you begin to see amber colored trichomes, you will be in the harvest window. Harvest when 5-10% are amber for a "high" effect; harvest when 10-25% of the trichomes are amber for a "stoned" effect. You can see the amber ones in the photo. If you are unable to examine the trichomes, a good guide is when 80% of the pistils (white hairs) have turned brown. In your photos, which are very nice, you can see that you are not close to 80% brown hairs yet, so you must wait longer to get full effect of the thc.
