Did you record the 12hrs dark period and watch it back?
This setup looks terrible to me, everything is way to crammed. Led light should never be 1/2 inches away it's not a CFL. You vegged way to long in that tiny space 12/12 from seed would be the only way for me in that small space. I think you'd be best to start again sorry to say.
My experience is under perming lights. Lacking wattage. Will slow walk a flower forever. Seriously 17 week 4 day flower and needed longer under a 150W white driverless. On a proven 13 week finish GG.
Honesty is the best policy, no point wasting anymore time on something that's clearly not working. Best to learn from mistakes and start again. The Amazon led is no good and it's way to close, vegging that long in that tiny space was never going to end well. If he carries this on he won't even end up with popcorn I'm sorry if my opinion is not liked but I see no point trying to convince someone to do this or that when the setup was doomed to fail from start.

New member...??????? We try to remain civil and accommodating here. The forum is to help. And learn as we do. Attacks and insults don't help. No one knows it all. And if they do it won't work as advertised at your house. Just remember your first attempt. And listen to OP's situation.
I have a 96watt actual I use to veg clones until picked up. Good lights. Just within limits.
I don't think I attacked or insulted I hope I didn't. I've not read all comments only upto where he showed the setup so gave my opinion. I hope he takes something positive away from the comments and gets a good grow under he's belt.
