Hello everyone and welcome, feel free to comment! This is my first attempt with good seed. I've grown a few times in last 15 years, all bag seed. I recently graduated with oranmental horticulture degree, and my wife is a horticulture lab tech at an Ivy League univeristy, so I figured that we have what it takes to grow a nice crop. I'm using 600 hps covering a 4x4 area with 11 plants. I'm soon gonna add an old 400 mh for more light. All plants are in 2 gal grobags with ffof. My nutes were alaska fish 5-1-1 and bills perfect 6-11-5 for veg. I'm using Indonesian bat guano .5-12-.2 and a little 6-11-5 to round
it out, for bloom. Seeds sown between 8th and 14th of March with 24/7 light because of cold. 12/12 started on 4/17, 75% of the plants had primordial staminate. Here are some pics. The bud pics were taken today, the veg pics are from about 4 weeks ago. Mix of Master Kush, 3rd Dimension, Jack the Ripper and Diesel. I'll put up an update every weekend until harvest. I've been ph-ing water to 6-6.3. My tap ph is around 7.2. I use plain old vinegar to acidify the tap h2o, it works really well. I've had to raise ph only a few times and i use a sprinkle of dolomite. I'm not totally organic, but all my stuff is @ least organic based. I fertilize on weekends and just h20 during the week. All organic next time though. I've smoked enough hydro bud and dont wanna anymore, especially @ $90 a quarter. I'm going for flavor not black carbon ashes. The master kush are from nirvana. the tga third dimension and jack the ripper were freebies from attitude, i bought 10 pack of hashberry. The hashberry's are less than impresive, though. No more Mandala for me. Diesel's are from last hydro bag I'll ever buy. The 3 diesels i have smell like lemonhead candy after 3 weeks, a smell i never got from the hydro buds. the hydro diesel smelled strong, but generic.

28 days of 12/12. My 600 hps quit working properly yesterday morning. Have to contact supplier on Monday about warranty and try to get it taken care of quickly. I have to use a 400w MH now, until 600hps is working again, when it is I'll proabably use both until harvest.

Start of 6th week of 12/12. Got new 600w lamp.
