You should dim your lights a bit, or raise it further. That seedling is too short, let it stretch just a little bit. When it's too short, when the leaves start getting bigger they will hang and touch the moist soil and you don't want that. You need some airflow under the leaves, and you won't be able to defoliate that early. And if the plant grows too compact, short and hangs low from the start, it will be harder to do training and watering. Just let it reach up for the light, and if it stretches too much you can always add some soil on top, and that stretched stalk will grow roots.
