good luck on your perpetual plans, what other light? im tryn to start my perpetual. saving up for a 4'4tube T5 system for a beter veg

I have 5 plants under the 400w and that takes up half my closet space, so my plan is to get a 2nd 400w to have 10 flowering plants at a time, since that's way too many for one 400w... it's even pushin' it for 800w, but I want to give it a shot...

So today I put 5 more into 12/12... I'm just using some cfls for now on top of the 400w for the new plants...

I'm happy with my flouro setup in my veg closet, but would like to upgrade to t5s someday... Right now I'm focused on sufficient light for flowering...

Thanks for checkin' it out... I wish I used ducting, but this is just a simple closet grow with a 16'' oscillating fan for circulation and temp control...

Lights on, I still get up to the high 80s, but I'm sure if I had the air cooled vented hood it be a lot cooler...

Ah...pulled a double yesterday...We had a brunch buffet for 250 from 11-3, then dinner service started at 5. Mon and Tue are my days off, but I woke up this morning and have been trimming an outdoor plant for the past couple hours...work work work...lol

hey man I'm in my fourth week of flowering and I really thought I would see more heft... it's like "where's the beef", when do my plants quit "stretching" and start rounding out or thickening-up ????

say man this is my first grow and am in the closet using a 400w HPS about two feet away from the tops (3 females 'bout 4ft tall). they,ve been in flower 28 days and during that time (28 days) they grew 18-20 inches taller, the rate of growth was amazing. my ? is when will these mothers start to "heft-up" or thicken up.... the heads are no bigger then yours and, 6 weeks from harvesting I'm not seeing weight at all, so what gives.... switched to 10-30-10 in my ffoc but seeing no bud production. am I being impatient or what..... thanxs in advance from this nervous farmer

I keep wondering when my plants will quit stretching and start hefting up. these buds are tiny in the 4 week of flowering, any advice
