Not enough people come on the black briefcase. Its an awesome resource to have. I was just wondering how ``people you may know`` launder their profit on a semi regular basis and get away with it. In another thread somebody mentioned using a dog walking business. Write receipts to record on your taxes for how much you have earned and nobody will be the wiser, right? Just stay modest and dont get greedy. Would this work?

Any predominantly cash business will work for small amounts. Lemonade stand, lawn service, etc. The problem comes when more money starts flowing in and it is impossible for the business to actually accomodate that type of liquidity. There are even cases of people filing what the IRS refers to as "the 5th amendment return." This is where people who earn income from illegal activity write their SSN on a form and report their income then pay whatever taxes they owe. The idea behind this practice is that atleast you will not be guilty of tax evasion if ever caught. The downfall is that when an agency is building a case they will subpeona tax records.

Somebody I know buys and sells cars on ebay - when they dont have any cars to sell they sell their weed, when people ask where the $ came from they talk about the cars they sell, things work out easily like that.

what about possibly buying gold person to person? where i live its common for people to sell nuggets they own/found and you purchase and then sell under the impression of you found it.

I dont know much about laundering but i meet people who are willing to sell larger nuggets and theres alot of gold buyers where im at.

You ever wonder why drug traffickers and dealers " make it rain" or spend endless amounts of cash on dumb shit like whores and jewelry? Well because you literally have to spend your cash!! Buying shit like houses is hard you will have to get a crooked real estate agent for that.

best way to do it is to start a semi existent business and pay someone to run it... then you basically have to add it(the money) in to sales and create receipts THAT ARE LEGIT from purchases for the business. AUDITS can screw you if your not careful and slow.

nowadays i know a few business owner i would just pay them and my taxes for a paycheck.. and let them work the money into thier stock and sales slowly.

doesnt matter what business, but its better if it small and sell small things, and that actual goes through a lot money a day.... like a gas station.

Why declare shit? Buy a big ass gun safe and, besides the guns, put your cash in there and keep your mouth shut. Start buying Rolexes or Escalades with 22's and be pronounced stupid. Live within what would be your means otherwise and nobody would be the wiser. Great places to keep the jewelry you buy, your stash, valuable papers and keepsakes.

you basically need to start a small buisness launder little bits here and there invest the rest in silver and bury it in the woods where nobody will find it that way you ever get locked up you got yourself plenty of precious metal. I wouldn't do gold though cause scientists can make it I saw an article on yahoo about it they use a chemical and a bacteria and after a week the bacteria eats the chemical and shits out 24 karat gold. I would also keep a good $10,000 cash buried for a good lawyer probally more for bail. one good way to invest money is set up a catering trailer and go to fairs and cook food you can even hire someone to do it for you I know someone who does that shit and their straight fucking loaded they make more than anyone I know running small time constuction companies and machanic shops and they don't even work in the winter and the kind of money you can launder through that buisness $$. I've also heard of people owning convienance stores and laundering through that but defenatley a higher start up cost.

Casinos and bookmakers are wise to it......betting huge amounts on a odds on favorite is a common way of laundering cash. Just spend it.....as long as you work and don't act gangster no attention will be brought
