A list of things i need to start

Hi this is my first post and im planning on growing for the first time and i have a few questions
I haven't got alot of knowledge as of what i would need for a newbie grower.
I found some seeds i want to buy. I also saw a tent that i can use.. are they really that important? does the place i grow it in have to be small or can it be open?
my budget is only about £200 would this be enough?

take time and go through the threads and see how people are doing their low budget grows. if you dont even have the patience to sort out a grow then good luck waiting to get anything remotely ready to smoke.
