A quick question about dry yields

Feel down about an inch or so to see if there is moisture down there. Another thing you can do is to have a 2nd cup or pot of soil the same size as what your plant is in. When you water, put the same amount in the 2nd container. Then when you are wondering how wet it is at the bottom of the pot, you can turn it over and find out.
