Ok so i ended buying all vegee spectrum lights, forgot about flower spectrum for growing and theres no turning back. So i was wondering can i like cut a piece of colored thin plastic wrap and put it over light fixture to change spectrum. Has anyone done this?will it work?just need some feedback on this. If anyone has done this please explain how well it worked out.

you can flower with the bulbs you have, without changing the spectrum. MJ flowers based on the amount of light it receives, not what spectrum of light.

what you have isn't the optimal spectral setup, but it will absolutely flower your plants.

Yes... add lights as you can afford... for flower, add another DIY light, or add splitters and more lamps...

i've read that the warm light spectrum promotes more hairs which mean more bud things to swell up(forgot what its called)and im prob gonna be growing 1 autoflower
light setup has 5000k of 12,800 lumens

so if i wrap my fixure with the right color wrap will the plant pick up and read it as warm spectrum and be tricked?

If you wrap ANYTHING around your bulbs the plants will definitely feel warmer - because your home will set on fire.

Come on, man.
This isn't a serious question, Is it?

just do it and see make sure ur have a fire extinguisher in hand till will melt the film and may get hot enough to catch on fire i did this 7 years ago on a MH but those are way hotter, and didnt really work. i doubt it will work.... i get a 4 pack of 26W CFL for $2 at costco thats cheap cause they are all about energy savings.
