That's fucking hilarious that you correct me when you spelled realize wrong also psychology is a science my wife is working towards her masters in it. What is even funnier is my reading comprehension was my highest test score. I read your text. I processed it and realized holy shit it does not make sense. Reading comprehension can not save your poor syntax when it comes to writing
apparently you reading compensations has failed you? otherwise you'd have noticed he's a leprechaun and spelled "realize" correctly for where he is.

Realise is how its spelt in English, not Murican.

And if you think psychology is a science, its probably cos she studied it for too long before realising its bullshit and she couldn't back out.

Over here we classify it as a soft science. Unless of course we want to use a psych paper to backup our claims, then it becomes gospel.

you can clasify it as a soft science if you want, i'll continue to call it "science" since it builds out collective knowledge through verifiable and testable experiments and has predictive value.

fucking dumb wanks.

Then you'll continue to be willfully wrong, it's kinda your thing though .

Psychology is science like cooking and boxing are sciences. While hard science may be used, it's still subjectively oriented. Hard science is not.

For some reason you seem offended by the term. It's just a way to classify the fields, don't take it personal. You're a strange one about this.

Ftr, my mom is psychologist and she's extremely intelligent and good at what she does. She's not offended by her field being classified as soft science.

soft science is an invented term.

psychology is chock full of testable predictions, controlled experiments, quantifiable data, mathematical models, and high degrees of objectivity and accuracy. those are the components of science.

if you would like to actually provide some examples of this "subjective orientation", please proceed so that i may tear your examples a few new assholes or just generally point and laugh at you when you are unable to provide even a single example.

otherwise, take your faux terminology and your agenda and blow it out your stupid ass.

nice substantial edit. i suppose you're just not intelligent enough to compose your thoughts all at once, or not mindful enough to simply make a new post when you have substantial content to add.

it's a fake, invented classification that you use for Dog knows why, but no one doubts its part of your neo-confederate racist agenda somehow.

Soft science
noun
1. any of the specialized fields or disciplines, as psychology, sociology, anthropology, or political science, that interpret human behavior, institutions, society, etc., on the basis of scientific investigations for which it may be difficult to establish strictly measurable criteria.

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/soft science

All words and phrases were "made up."
you left out an important part.

Origin:
1965–70

not that you right wing types subscribe to any science of any kind whatsoever though.

So when can new words and phrases count in your eyes? What year?

Edit:

That means the word website is a made up word and doesn't exist. So where in the fuck am I?
maybe you guys will stop blathering about "assault rifle" being a made up term, since it was coined at the same time.

probably not though, morons have to have their cake and eat it too.

I guess things can't biodegrade, you can't recycle, Al Gore doesn't have a carbon footprint, and people don't drive hybrids.

Assault weapon makes me laugh. But it is a phrase. Bear explained it very well.

the edit was to add the anecdotal that people who practice soft science refer to it as such and are not offended by it at all. You have lost a screw over this innocent term used to distinguish fields.

It's not racist to call it soft science, you have issues.

It's not fake, it IS however invented just as any other means of communication we have was invented by someone at some time. Strange dude.

I didn't realize you were so emotional about a term to distinguish between the sciences, but you'll be frightened to learn that there are even sub categories of hard science like math, physics and soft science like psychology and sociology. Those are also words that were invented at one time. Try not to cry, it's really not that bad.

What is your issue with the term soft science? To those of us working in science fields it's a non emotion evoking word like toaster. ZOMG, TOASTER..........

classic ginwilly.

lots of meaningless blather, not a single example of "subjective orientation" that he spewed about in the first place.

completely lacking in substance, just as expected.

Wait, are you saying subjective findings have no place in soft sciences? You are really going down the wrong road here, that's the identifier.

So, what is it about the term that offends you so?

and yet, still no example of what you were talking about when you cried about "subjective orientation".

you should probably provide at least one example of what you mean.

Why? It's an accepted term by what I thought was everyone until your panties bunched up.

You really need an example of subjective findings in the soft sciences? Tell me more how you feel about that.
