'Active Duty Discharge' The military is purging experienced personnel on flimsy excuses

@Andrewk420 is right about the extreme and intolerant dogmatism if the Liberal class.

Until they see how self limiting it is, they'll keep giving their opponents openings, while alienating allies.

I think they know this and use it to practice the Iron Law of Institutions; never give up control, even if it means losing.
I kinda think the “dogmatism”, if one is talking about protecting ideals is knee deep on both sides lol.

They used to say 60 about 10 years ago, At a guess id say double that these days.
https://www.nytimes.com/2018/06/10/us/politics/somalia-special-forces.html

Its pretty hard to put a figure on as I don't think the number is released. https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2017/04/deploys-dozen-troops-somalia-pentagon-170416033127155.html

Then of cause you would have spooks. At a guess 10?

You should research more.
They hate homework. They grew up slouching at the back of the class shooting spitballs and it seems they never learned to care about the truth or trying to find it for themselves.

You're quite right. That's one reason I'm so reviled here; I refuse to align myself with either gang of dogmatists.

Instead, I infuriate them by pointing out how both parties in America collude on the 'important stuff', like loosening banking regulations (enacted to prevent another Great Crash), passing jaw droppingly large 'defense' budgets, authorizing wars of aggression under the guise of 'police actions' and 'security missions' that have missed millions of innocents over the last 15 years, etc, etc.

Then the parties tell everyone how much different they are from each other by screaming about abortion rights, gay marriage and gun laws.

It's such a ritualized shit show anymore that most Americans don't bother with the main stream 'news', now comedians actually have higher credibility ratings with the public.

We don't get news like other democracies do; when the Chump administration clowns do interviews in places like the Netherlands, the reporters don't just sit quietly and scribble their bullshit in their notepads, they ask tough questions- and keep asking them when confronted with dithering, babbling non sequitur responses. I noticed the clown crew quickly stopped giving interviews overseas after that!

Oh but you have aligned yourself, with the middle, that way you have the benefit to sway either way depending on the subject and still be dogmatic in your defence of your ideals. Not a bad position to take up lol.

Give me Bernie or I'll give you tRUmp. Both parties are not the same. If one man pushes a woman onto the tracks in front of a train and another man pushes a woman from in front of a train and saves her life you would say both men abuse women.

That's their game; agree with them or they'll spend day and night driving you away.

I'm sure it does wonders for the site's unique eyeball stats.

No, I'm on the Left; further to the left than the Democratic establishment, which isn't saying much.

I align myself with what's best for the 80% of Americans who have been systematically disenfranchised by both parties.

I'm comfortable with my positions.

Your analogy is wildly inaccurate- but are you trying to debate honestly or just shill for your team?

I did vote for Hillary and look what happened anyway?

It isn't my responsibility to vote for candidates who don't represent my interests.

It's the party's responsibility to earn my vote by fielding candidates that do.

It's a distinction lost on many.

I dislike most if not all politicians but I held my nose and voted for Clinton, it was a easy choice. Glad you sleep well at night with Caligula in the white house but it would be different if he never got elected.

A few dozen ? And the location of our U.S. Embassy
I don't think there is one, I know there was talk of reopening one a few years back. Im not aware of it happening though.

In the context of the comment I made that you first replied to, does it matter? What point are you alluding to or trying to make? Are you saying that my comment is false and if so in what way?

Which part of 'I voted for Hillary' did you fail to grasp?

Military contracts are about as good as "social contracts" . Which means they are useless.

Bonus thought - Military conscriptions to "fight for freedom" .

Our government is run by corporations who are considered persons by our political and legal system- in spite of the fact that they don't breathe, don't die, don't have kids and they ALL behave psychotically.

Our leaders have at various times suggested that health care for indigent should be done by charity, that those who are dick and can't afford care or insurance should quietly for, that families should be held responsible for the care of their disabled members, and that there's nothing wrong with a system in which the single biggest reason for personal bankruptcy is healthcare bills- and most of those people actually had insurance.

America isn't just a little nuts; we've murdered millions of civilians since 2001. The CIA has admitted that only 2% of those whom it has killed were actually targeted. The definition of enemy constant is any male inside a designated kill box on a map, as definitely by the White House legal staff.

The Defense Department has admitted that it can't account for $21 TRILLION DOLLARS in spending over the last 20 years, that's over and above its congressionally authorized budget.
