Bloombastic! I got some. It came as a free sample. It is amazing, with its enzymes and such. I know, i am vauge, i am a nub to the additives and growing in general. this is my first real grow. but i read all the papers on it and it was organic and what i wanted for my hydro grow.

for my 4th week of flower i added that and only that to gh 3 part with micor hardwater and hydorguard. I had previously used some kool bloom. i added a little bloombastic to the previous kool bloom res and noticed only the smallest nute burn in that cycle. that is normal. i run hot, too hot, i am working on it, lol.

anyway. this res i added only bloombastic at the recomended dose minus a few ml. week 5. i was shocked at how full my girls got. i dont have a lot to compare too but i am sure this is impressive. here is a pic of one plant, lstd.

oh yeah bloom bastic is 0-20-21 with enzymes and i read flower enhancer and bud stimulator? i forgot.

Did i hear someone on hear say "Connoisseur" is crap??? Do we have AN haters on this forum? Ive got a number of friends that are awesome growers, some soil, some that are into the pearlite/coco fiber stuff, and some like me that are all about synthetic nutrients and hydroponic DWC systems. I just finished cutting down my first crop which was started with dyna gro(worst shit ever made, better than miracle grow but still shit, guy at the store swore by it) and finished off the last 3 weeks with connoisseur. All i can say is that the connoisseur is amazing shit!! you just have to know how to use it. I followed my friends directions and tried not to exceed 800ppm at the peak of the feed cycle, or else you will get nute burn! At one point i hit 1000ppm and was fine but noticed EXPLOSIVE and HEALTHY GROWTH! it turned a deffiecient plant around 180 degrees and made it amazing and the buds swelled up like softball size. Now onto my 2nd cycle and the 2nd week of bloom, our dwc buckets have plants that doubled in hieght and are showing quite a large number of budsites. it went from 24in to damn near 48. Connoisseur is amazing because it has nitrogen in it that allows you to veg for one week less and bloom early but still allows the plant to stretch for the 1st week. I am now going to be able to see the full potential of Connoisseur from the start to finish. I am also running with BigBud and bud blood. i will also be using overdrive and final phase at the end. shootin for 4oz per plant that was vegged to 20in(sativa) before flowering and 15in(indica) before flowering.

First off Advanced Nutrients food is only where its at for the marketing they do. You can achieve better results not using half of the stuff they want you to buy. They will tell you they have everything for plants but in a field test we put advanced nutrients side by side with Supernatural nutrients and Supernaturals food out performed advanced nutrients. Advanced nutients also turns a lot of plants purple. Anyone claiming they are getting 3 pounds per light is full of it. Yah 3 pounds over 3 months. You can only get so much out of a light, usually you get 1 pound for every month that you are in flower per 1000 watt system. Advanced Nutrients will say whatever they have too in order to get you to buy there products. Don't believe anything they say, lying is part of marketing. Funning how a couple years ago they had the 2 plus system but everyone I know that tried it did not get 2 pounds of bone dry pot. Yes you can get pounds that are wet but not dry, remember it dries 4 wet pounds usually equals 1 dry pound. If you are growing hydroponic then 1 light over a 5 x 5 table with a digital ballast and a super hps will get you the true 2 pounds you are after. I use a base food from one company and have aditives by other companies but never buy anything from one company. You are paying too much for cheap low cost food only because you think it will make everything better

you guys think that i can add kool bloom or big bud to bloombastic? the hydro guy said no big bud with bloombastic but he did not know i was growing mj.

Im sure he knows. It doesnt matter what your growing, if they say dont mix it, then dont mix it.

controlled amount should not be an issue...

So your a couple weeks into flowering? The testing should begin around 5 weeks then?

yeah I've seperated them into two diff classes now one is the BB and one is the OD so when talking to my hydro guy they told him to add BB slowly starting at 2 1/2 weeks so last night I added one tsp in 3 gal just to give em a taste. we shall see now what happens

I plan on taking some pics tonight and uploading them. Also found out that the hash plant is a 40-45 day flowerer so we get to start this experiment a lil earlier than expected hehe will post in a bit

wow over the past four days they have really gotten bigger they are starting to show colas forming. this is exciting I always get like this haha. here are some new pics let me know what you think

Well apparently there must be some truth to the big bud and bloombastic mix as those plants that got it locked up on me so I've flushed them and will be giving them nutes tonight nothin major because I caught it early they are still doing well but I will not add any big bud in with the bloombastic
