Well if it's alreayd established in the soil it is in, then there is nothing you can do really, i mean you can take the risk and try breaking the soil up and adding stuff and hope you don't stress it out too much, but i wouldn't risk it myself, i only break up soil and remove the root mass when i'm going from soil to hydro. Only thing you can really do is add your extras to the new soil come the transplant.

If you think you have an issue with drainage, transplant now then? How long does the soil stay wet for?

Im not sure man, i really dont think that drainage is your main problem, i would just leave it as it is there is no point in stressing it out by transplanting it into another pot.

Do you have a dummy pot with dry soil in it? You can use it to feel the weight of your pot and figure out if the soil is wet or dry toward the interior. Soil that is nearest to dryness breathes best. I used a dummy pot to find out that I was watering too often, and my plants liked being dried out almost to the start of wilt.
