Well said. I didn't mean to imply they are robots. But as in the, ( I believe the 1st Iraq war), did not get involved at the behest of the U.S while they were being hit with SCUDS.
But as another example, bombed the Iraq power plant prior to the war. Which drew great condemnation around the world, (except from us), only TO BE PROVEN that Iraq was trying to build nuclear weapons.
