Okay after alot of research, I have came up with the perfect no pest system.
First line of defense is nematodes in the soil, these little guys will destroy any soil aphid or harmful bug trying to get at my roots
Second is lady bugs, inside the tent, they will shit on any aphids above the soil
Third is Lacewings, placed in the room outside of the tent. They will kill any harmful bugs or aphids crawling along the walls just plotting their way into your garden. These guys will kill up to 600 aphids just in the larvae stage!
Fourth is praying mantis, a bunch of sacks of eggs, like four, placed around the four corners of the walls outside of my house. This kills aphids and any harmful bugs anywhere near your grow, stops them before they get there ya know.
SAND, this is 95% effective against gnats, their big thing is their larvae, which are in the soil, if you put a layer of sand on your soil about half an inch to an inch thick the larvae cant leave the soil, and the gnats cant get in to lay more eggs or whatever it is they do. This is where you take action, set up your bug army of nematodes in the soil now, and get everything else going, also just water regularly with hydrogen peroxide, 1 part h2o2 to 4 parts h2o. The hydrogen peroxide will kill the remaining larvae in the soil, as for the adults flying around, just throw up a sticky strip and they will be gone within a week.
