yeah it was about two weeks early, had to get out of that place.. they still were dense enough.. the trichs were about 80% milky and rest clear. its a hardcore sativa. but the flavor made up for it all.. my indicas went amber waiting for these to try to finish..im excited about this one since im barely gonna have the chance to really push it this time..
other pics of other random grows all advanced, just not huge bud strands....

believe it or not its a bagseed from a crop that my homeboys brother accidently pushed to far.... so they really don't know what crossed or what hermied.. ive planted over 100 seeds of these and have gotten nothing but females and a couple of hermies all bomb and purpley.. i wish i could find a male from it, recently i found my first male ever that i harvest pollen from. its La confidential from dna..would like to use it to breed with that strain maybe... i know its got afghanica cause during veg its got the widest blades ive ever had on a plant and super stocky all the time.

Dyna Gro -VS- Advanced Nutrients - Harvesting Shots The yield was a tie, but he seems to like the quality of Dyna-Gro better (using 1 part formula). Not sure if they were clones though or seeds.

Cool dude,but you didn't need to find a male when u had herms.You could have easily bred a herm with one of the females.

Yup. You could have grabbed all the pollen you needed off one of your herms to breed with one of your females and get feminized seeds

They will be prone if it seeds itself not if the herm seeds a seperate female.
Oops I mean, if they are chemically hermed.

I think whatever Clown Baby is saying. My bro found a seed in his Blue Dream zip, but I told him most likely to hermie, no jackpot. Unless a male somehow got to it.

got to admit, the dyna bloom has not done me well so far. i used the dyna gro for the first 3wks then switch to bloom and plants health are starting to rapidly decline.
the dyna gro seems solid though. in the first 3wks of bloom,they stretched nicely, stems got thick and frost and weight seemed to be coming on everyday. i did have issues with my plants yellowing out in the beginning, but that was simply remedied by upping the dosage.
i am still using protekt but i am now seeing reports that it's not safe to keep using it in a soilless mix or soil, so don't know how things are going to turn out from this point on.
i will post results when this crop is finished, but as of right now it's looking like i might switch back to gh 3part after this grow.
just seen a thread on icmag, which totally explains what has happened, so i might be taking back what i previously said in my last statement.

Read your plants. Are you getting yellowing by using 'bloom only'? If so, you need more N. Think about how you can increase the amount of N.
Silicon is the second most abundant element in the Earth's crust. If it's not safe, we're all f*cked.

HB thanks for stopping by, and yes some of the plants that are flowering is requiring more N (maybe mag) than the others.
i probably shouldn't have flushed before i switched over to bloom, there really wasn't any need to, but from what i've read you're supposed to when switching over from veg nutes to bloom nutes
tbh, i thought there would be enough N in the bloom solution being that i was in wk 4. from my research and understanding a plant doesn't need too much N in full bloom. i could be wrong but that is the general consensus amoungst the canna community.

calmag supplement 2-0-0 helped me with dyna gro boom. Also, I think your switching to bloom to soon. Run DGgrow until you see the start of flowers (usually around week 2-3) then switch to bloom.
On a 2nd note I did get another conni (B) to continue my run and wait till you see the size of the buds I got on the plants I didnt mess up. They just try to sell you to much stuff then wont help you out when you e-mail them. Its kind of deterring.
I couldnt bring my kush plants back. I mean, they are getting nice looking flowers now but the fan leaves had already gotten irreversible damage.
Last trip to the hydro store guy was like "were running a H&G nutrient discount just fyi" so of course I couldnt resist especially since I have already been wanting to try them. Well their formula (Aqua flakes A&B) looks very similar to a.n conni a&b. They dont sell you a ton of bottles. And they respond to email with knowledgeable help, usually the same day! They have normal and aggressive feeding charts so you dont scorch your plants. (a.n really needs to work on their feeding chart, mix to that and you have fire water!!) My HG plants and roots couldnt look better. My roots are completely white and my node spacing seems more compact. Some may say their npk value is skimp. But it doesnt take much to bring the ppm up so theres something in there. lol. Whatever it is my plants are loving it. Their drip clean is awesome and has a lot of p/k. Although its only used in a very small amount, everything counts. No chunky bottles, no calmag supplement, no calmag deficiencies (so far) white roots healthy plants and a easy to work with formula, I likee.

^ flushing when switching to flower is good keep doing that. Flushing before peak bloom is not good.
Keep salt build up down is always good. I have heard some recommend changing out nutrient formulas every time with a salt clearing formula(in hydro).
