I am very curious why that man’s other residences have not been turned over by FBI. I’d say the chances of them turning up more tier-1 bs approach unity.

"The three-judge appeals court panel decision on Perry’s bid for speech-or-debate protection for his communications may not be the final word. Either the Justice Department or Perry could ask the full bench of the D.C. Circuit to take up the issue or seek to get the Supreme Court to intervene."

There are no resignations and leaks from the DOJ, so the people working there must be happy with things. Also, many of the talking heads critical of Garland have been muted a bit since Jack came on board and nobody is accusing him of slow walking the case(s). Most experts say in the spring, either an indictment in Georgia or the feds and a trial in the fall or late summer. The Georgia trial will be on TV, so you will see justice being done, federal trials are not on TV.
