You are right about them drinking more, she is thirsty and I am giving her more. :-) I hear what you say about the a/c but for me with power costs I would probably get a better extractor before doing that. There is no A/C in the room but ambient temps outside the box are more than 10 degrees cooler. Thanks for the advice.

Hey Dude007, heat issues huh?Me too!!
Sorry im just jumping in but if you make bigger passive intake holes your fan should suck more cooler air from the outside room in.Intake air from the bottom,exit hot air out the top:).My temps are reading 91° but I have good airflow,so actually bout 85 or less at my leaves.Maybe you could freeze a couple soda bottles of water and put in there.95° is high,below 90 would be a whole lot better:)cfls +high heat =light fluffy buds,its true.They might look and feel good fresh but they dry to almost nothing,I speak from experience:(.GL.peace

Well my 2nd 303 kush is a male, thats on the 9 th node it first apoeared, had that pre "bulb" or what ever you call it... Was Waiting for the hairs or another bulb to appear.. And sure enough i see two next to each other :(. I do believe my 3rd plant is female!

Thanks man, I really appreciate the advice. I have managed to drop my temps 5 degree's last night and they are right on 90 now. I can totally see the that the plant is much happier. Really like your frozen soda bottle idea I may try that to see what impact it has on temps. Really cool :-) idea :-)

what a bummer!! makes me paranoid just talking about males. lol in my house I am the only male that is allowed. lol :-) Good luck hope you have good success with the female :-)

Temps under control at 90 degrees and just under. This is achieved by not sealing my panda film flaps 100% at night. I sort of leave them slightly open but not completely and the doors of my cab also open. The lights are off when I get home from work and I wait until they switch on before I open the flaps like this. In the morning when I get up the lights are still on and before I leave for work I close everything up. So there is no impact to my light cycle with this method. The only bummer is that on my days off I still need to get up to close the flaps otherwise I will have a issue. This is a temporary solution until I make better venting with stronger extractor fans. 120mm pc fans are cool but they don't suck so good. :-) My plant is starting to look really good and is getting huge, still only seeing female flowers so far :-)

Its 000....triple 0007.....gotcha....people mess my screen name up all the time,bunch of potheads:eyesmoke:Cool idea,huh.I caught that...man idk how well the frozen bottles would work,I was high all day yesterday...lol....if anything a couple degrees cooler,higher humidity and lots of water sweating off.Let me know if it helps,if you try it.Yep,your plant is looking good!I don't recall if you said but what kind is it?
I don't know if it was said but you should keep your veg lights(6500k-5000k) on 12/12 until after stretch phase is over,or at least 2 weeks after you see pistils to help reduce stretching.Just so you know the veg lights(blues) are hotter than the flowering lights(reds),so your temps might drop a few when you switch.GL.peace

Edit:I know you have seperate veg/flower but use this knowledge well,young padawan,as it is the DANK that you seek......lol

hahahahahaha thanks master kush lol :-) Your jedi name is now master kush. :-) To be honest I do not know the strain. It is not bag seed, I was given the seeds by a friend and he got them from a friend so that info is lost. But if you ask me I would say it is a type of skunk. :-) But that is a big fat guess. lol

Nearly 7 days of flower and she is all female!!!!! 2 of my 5 clones have rooted and rooted well. The other 3 clones were put in 5 days after the first two so I expect them to root in the next few days. My continues grow seems to be going well. Cant wait to get stoned again. I have not smoked for more than 4 months and I think I will need to sample some early bud's before the harvest. There is no way I will be able to stop myself. This is week1 so I would imagine I will need to wait to at least about week 7 before I could even consider that. Not sure on the strain of this plant so not too sure how long she will take to finish flowering but I think 10 weeks would be a good number. Always felt that 8 weeks are not enough even with quick flowering strains. PEACE......

Installed another 48 watt warm white cfl in my flower cab and a 105 watt 6500k cfl in my veg cab yesterday. Both cabs now have 200 watts each cfls making a 400 watt grow operation. In all I am impressed with how things are going. Will be very interesting to see how much I could harvest regularly. I think I only need to harvest about a ounce every 8 to 10 weeks to supply for my needs. :-)

thanks man :-) Sometimes I feel like I am talking to myself here lol I created the thread to keep track of what I am doing so it does not bother me, but nice of you to comment :-) BTW at the moment I am struggling a bit with heat. The only option is to turn off a couple of lights at night, but I am not sure what would be better more light at 93 degrees or less light at 85 degrees. :-)
