those plants look like a small gust of wind would take them out. the bud doesn't look bad though.

you said that was your first grow. nobody's first grow looks great. mine looked worse. The bud certainly looked good.
my first grow was waaaaaaay worse.

If you want an honest opinion...if you can, cancel that order and spend the extra $50 and get what Tru suggested. You will be much happier in the end.
