Almost harvest and 1 strain WILL NOT BUD!

This is my 2nd indoor grow with this setup... everything is looking great with 4 of my strains, except for the G-13/mean martian green row of plants!

Here is my setup:
26 plants under 4,000 watts HPS, air cooled lights/ballasts, de-humidifier, Ebb and Gro auto watering, GH nutes, temp range is 83 in the dark to 95 max in the day (can't keep it cooler), day 57 of flowering as of today, I have 5 strains growing: Blue Dreams, Purple OG Kush, Mazar, OG Kush, and this weird lookin G13!

So as you can see in the pics, all the other colas have full dense nugs.... but the "G13 x MMG" only has little tiny hairs and buds forming, but nowhere close to the rest of the room which is 1 week from harvest! It's actually growing leafs out and there are barely any crystals!! Could this be a strain that requires a longer flowering period? or maybe is there something wrong with it's genetics? The colas are HUGE on this and heavy too.... but it's mostly leafs and not too dense!! HELP

Oh and also, my grow is in California.... 100% legal!

My guess would have to be maybe a bad pheno?... I had a plant do this once. It was actually a white russian. I got the clone off a buddie, and his mom plant did the same as my clone did in flower. A SHIT TONE of hairs, but almost zero 'bulk' to the buds, even after 10 weeks flowering. He ended up cutting this 8 foot plant down, and hashing the ENTIRE thing because it was worthless to smoke. He also had another white russian growing at the same time. That was one of the prettiest plants I've ever seen before. I'll include a pic of a bud from that plant, so you can see the different pheno types. Good vs bad. Anyways that's what your plant looks like to me. Maybe the same sorta situation. Here's some pix so you can see what I'm talkin bout. Then you can make up your own mind. lol

The first 3 pix are of the clone I got of this bad pheno white russian. It was in 12/12 for 43 days at this point. The 4th pix is of the mother of this plant. Grown out by my buddie and flowered for 10+ weeks. And the last pic is of the other white russian he was growing at the time, the GOOD pheno.....

hmmm yeah it does look a little similar! I wish I could take better pics.... I've never seen anything like it before!! so do you think there is enough THC in there to chop it down next week and dry it, then make some butter out of it?

Yea I'd say definitely make some butter out of it! It still produces THC, just not near as much and the buds are fucking worthless!.. That's why I said my buddie just hashed his entire plant!.. Make butter this this nonsense, and smoke the good stuff!

so I went in my room last night to find that the weight of all the branches has just gotten to be too much, and a bunch of my plants are laying down and too weak to stand up! I need to figure out a better way to keep all plants and branches supported by something very sturdy next time I guess.... I lost quite a few buds to breaking branches =(
