Am I scrogging correctly?

Hi all, on my first ever grow and 4 1/2 weeks in from seed. Set the net up at 9 inches. Just want to check I'm doing it correctly. Also these plants haven't been trained at all til now as for my first grow I thought I'd keep it all simple. Appreciation for advice in advance!

Ideally you want to bend the stem, not just move it to another square. Here is a decent guide showing you.

I would take the net off for now and LST them for now,just use a wire or pipe cleaner from walmart caft section for like 2,50 cents and tie her low so the stem stays straight one direction then a few inches down from the top tie her down bending her the other direction and it may bend over alittle today then more tomarrow untill the top is lower than the rest,then you will open her up to more light and branches/stems will take over then just fem/top to create a bush with a bunch of tops, then place under the scrog net and keep poking the new growth under the net untill 70% of the net is filled up then 12/12

too early to say if you are doing it right has soon has they are through that netting then tuck them under keep doing that and then you will fill the whole net in the end i never have the netting at height i put them in flower with the netting about 12 inch above the plants then start the tucking once they reach the netting,by doing it that way you are not going to have to double net.

By doing it at 12 inch above the plants,the day you flip to 12/12 off it helps with the first few week stretch,once they reach the netting leave them till there about 6 inch through it then tuck them under the netting and keep doing this for 4 week the first 4 week of flowering ,this will give you more tops on my last grow i had 112 tops on 2 plants with a end dry weight of 12 grm over 2 lb.

I have not done a scrog this time because i had to sex 3 plant's,only one was male,same with the next grow i have 3 to sex then after that i am back scrogging again,i have at least 12 tops this time that will dry to easy over a oz,some times it makes a change to do something different,its been nice to see them massive tops i have still used lst,i think its the best way of getting really big plants indoors and getting the very best yeilds possible .Unless you are doing a legal grow and you can grow massive plants indoors,with high ceilings.
