Tip Top I agree - I think that is the main issue is that people think 'okay, were protesting for change' but same as the hippies - there was no real 'message'. Peace, love, freedom - etc. Same thing is going on today yet people are expecting a proposed 1 - 2 - 3 fix. From the founding fathers sitting in and debating for weeks on end for a single item to be addressed to the previously mentioned hippie movement - there never was an 'answer' but rather an understanding that a problem existed and when those people got together, they found the solution. I'm glad the protests drew attention to some issues, I 100% agree with you that they literally 'occupied' rather than attempted to establish solutions.
