i read on here somewhere that the first two weeks of flower they shoot up then it's all budding?

so today is day 49, sorry i haven't posted in a while, results just looks better with less pics...it is now 31 inches tall, and 29 inches across...are these good results for the end of week 7? i'm switching over to flower on monday, is there anything i need to do before i switch to 12/12? i'm fairly certain it's a female it has two long pistils coming out of a bunch of preflowers.

This is my final set up for flowering
what do you think 14 light bulbs total so im useing 325 wats total

so i've upgraded my lights again i now have 15 23 watt and 5 43 watt spread all around the plant
