Seat belt stops are lame, too. I don't mind if they add it to a more serious offence, but stopping people for that alone is chicken shit fishing IMO.

You never make a sudden move when cops are barking out orders.
I doesn't matter if you are reaching for your wallet or inside your vehicle, it's a stupid thing to do and that's the reason he was shot.

And the cop was stupid for telling the kid to produce id before he had the situation under control, both were dumb fucks..
