the genitics is listed as bubblegumxkush but doesn't specifie which kush was used or even which b-gum was used....i'd imagine it was the indiana b-gum as it was the first know b-gum cut being past an it was around pre-97...so the time line fits for that..but i dont see anywhere it saying masterkush..looking at the flowering time for that gh seeds pack i dont think they used the pre98bubba cut as it's a soild 10weeker an they listed that as a 9week strain....az

Well the genetics listing where I got my cut was as I mentioned. Master Kush x Bubblegum.
The cut came from a reputable dispensary in downtown Oakland.
It flowered beautifully in 9 weeks.

clinics get found out left an right for dropping wrong info or renaming cuts to make $$$$$$.....like i said tho bubba is an unknown with only speculation as to what the true genes are.... there are true heads who hold an know the info there just not online or real talkative....bubba will look done at 9 if your going by hairs..but judging tric's for the desired narcotic effect it has 70 days is on point....az

I don't get it! The big money is the branding, sales and distribution of top/hot brands world wide in seed when they are at a peak and hot. To be only a clone plant is plain stupid if you want your product to make money in seed distribution. Selling only clones locally/regional/cali is leaving a ton of money on the table. Kind of like if they only sold Pepsi in cases at grocery stores....Someday when the stoners become business people wide spread top genetics will be available. I do see Cali is way behind in this movement of clone to seed but I don't know all the rules/hoops to jump? I don't know all the hoops for selling the seeds but a lot are so the DJ Shorts and Greenhouse bunch etc are getting wealthy while some bubbakush guy is hiding a few select plants for cloning is crazy. Making seed crosses with clone only females will happen in time but...anyway...blah, blah,blah rambling done for now.

An untaped marketing potential...

Check out these pics of my most recent harvest.

This was two plants... one Cannacopia Bubba's Kush and one GreenHouse Cheese. I'll include the Cheese pics just for comparison purposes. The GHS Cheese is pretty dank but the Bubba's Kush makes it look like midgrade in these pics LOL. Plus I'm shocked that I actually yielded more off the Bubba.

First, the GHS Cheese. I really like this strain. Very strong kushy cheese taste and aroma.

Now the Bubba. Just wow.

This is bubba kush growing in coco coir for the first time. Shes not 100 percent healthy as i am dealing with some kind of over nute or deficiency. Im thinking ph problems have locked out magnesium.

Yum Yum. I cant wait til mine looks like that. How many weeks from flower to harvest?
Mine were clones purchased from a dispensary here in SacTown, Cali. I didnt know the history of the bubba Kush when I bought them so I didnt really ask any questions about its origin. The guys I bought them from probably wouldnt have known anyway.
Im growing 10 Bubba kush along with 20 others of various strains under 2k HPS with adjust-a-wing reflectors. For nutes Im using the Fox Farm system. My temps are around 80F and humidity is aroun 50%. I also suppliment my CO2 with a CO2 generator. I topped my Kush at around week 3 and intended to switch after 4 weeks of veg but ended up veging for 5 weeks thanks to a faulty timer. The way I topped them was kinda like FIM except insted of cutting the top I carefully seperated the new growth at the very top from the top and cut the very top of the plant off. Its hard to explain but it created like 4 to 6 tops, as you can see. Nice and bushy. Other than topping I didnt do any other training.

bubba kush is an 8 week stain. get you a microscope to look at the trichs...youve probably heard about this but here is a picture showing a rough generalization about when to harvest. i harvested one plant at about 7.5 weeks and another close to 8.5 weeks. did not notice much of a difference. a good cure will make a great weed. bubba kush nugs wont let you down. real potent couch lock high.

i did not know my nugs would turn purple so that was quiet a surprise.

Haha. Yeah I pretty much got the when to harvest thing down. But thanks for the brush-up.

Hey I wantad to ask you. It looks like you are growing in garbage containers? Am I right? How did that work out for you?

The reason I ask is I saw some indutrial containers with the rolling dolly for the bottoms. They only want $50 for 4 plus like six rolling mop buckets which I have no need for but figured I could sell back on craigslist and make my money back.

Give me some details please if that is what Im seeing.

Ya, I've seen 3-4 guys pick her before her time and it's a shame.
But in their defense, she is one hell of a temptress when it comes to harvesting. :weed:
