It is a hybrid, leaning stronger on the Sativa strain. Maybe 70 / 30 Sativa / Indica.

Could be anything. Going to need more info or atleast a whole view of the enclosure. Just because his plant looks leggy could mean your light is insufficient or too far away from your canopy
