any ideas ???

Hey im just starting my 4th grow.i have 3 plants 2 are doing great but 1 is showing some problems, shes18 days old in biobizz all mix soil not getting feed at moment shes under 600w hps.i think it may be overwatering or soil to hot but would like answers off more experienced grower anyway heres a couple of pictures

Too much nitrogen, that's why they're dark and waxy and the ends are discolored. You can try flushing the soil with a few gallons next time you water.
 
Its just top few cms thats dry she still moist underneath
Then I'd be using a spray bottle to keep that top a little more moist. Because from what's visible the top is bone dry. Maybe adding a bit more perlite would help? So it dries a bit more evenly. Did you start the seedling in that pot or in small cells like in a flat? If you started in a flat most roots are in that small space until more roots develope. So for the first week you need to remember that that small rootball will dry out and the rest of the soil will remain wet until the roots reach it.

That pic was just before i waterd her.she looked alot better this morning still slow growing compared 2 the other 2.not as droopy today leaves are just slightly curled at the tips ile just leave her be and see how she goes
