Goons defending the Kenosha Killer said same about Floyd when Chauvin was on trial.

"It's totally legal to, if one gets frightened, shoot them in the back or slowly strangle them to death.". The jury didn't buy it in Chauvin's case but that's what the defense was selling. It might work for Rittenhouse, IDK.

Rittenhouse was very lucky that night and things could of gone way different had he done any one thing differently.

you my friend, are right about that! hell if after he murdered Rosenbaum, if he didn't act like an innocent bystander and run away, there's no telling what would've happened.

He lunged for the gun at a crouched running position and that’s why he was shot where he was. There are videos showing that he was approaching while shot

Good point. So, if I were a juror, I can now compare arguments from two different sides.

Rittenhouse's attorney: Kyle could have had his head cut right off by that skateboard, he had to shoot him. Oh and the other guy, he had a gun so Kyle had to shoot him in the back while he was running away.

Schuy: Kyle ran away. If he's innocent, why did he run away and flee the state?

I'm beginning to think that Kyle is going to jail.
