Anyone else watching the Kyle Rittenhouse trial?

I have NEVER felt the need to be armed while on scene. Medics have enough to worry about. Scene safety is law enforcement responsibility.

There are a few states that passed legislation for EMS weapons training but the situations where needed are very specific.

These posters have to be very young. There's no other explanation for such profound ignorance.
Do you work a larger urban city? Why wouldn’t you want to have additional protection?

BTW I don’t think any of you first responders get paid nearly enough! I’ve have first responders in every dept help me at one time or another and I’m sincerely grateful for what you do. Thank you

They do come across as kids.

Again, you and your buddies have said multiple times that this kid "traveled to another state to play army" or some other version of that phrase. So if he traveled to a different state than his own, and returned to his home in said other state. going back home is "fleeing" now? He approached the cops with hands up and told them he shot someone, they were probably more concerned with the city on fire and the sounds of gunshots from those "activists" all around them. Where are those darn "pigs that deserve to be dead" when you need em eh?
I'm sorry for you that your feelings got hurt and you needed to make shit up in order to feel better.

While it was illegal for him to have that gun while he crossed state lines, you never saw me say he traveled to play army. It looks like he went to Kenosha to kill people he didn't like. But that's not what I said. Rittenhouse fled after murdering those people, one of whom he shot in the back. He fled across state lines and was a fugitive from justice when arrested. He didn't he turn himself in when he was there. Later on he lied about being attacked by the first person he killed. He claimed the guy attacked with a baseball bat when he was not. These are all objectively verifiable facts and there can be no debate on them. A reasonable person could justifiably conclude that these are not the actions of an innocent person.

pro-tip: stick to facts and you won't get all stressed when your beliefs are challenged.

You're coming off as being really stupid

Who the fuck cares! I just know he’s from Australia and I always wondered if they have wild pigs. I added the part about Texas kinda joking with him because he thinks we have too many guns even though it’s true

Once the pin was pulled there was no putting it back in. You 36 chased some kid 17 years after threatening his life knowing that he is armed into a group of cars. How the fuck you think it’s gonna end??? He even yelled “ You ain’t gonna do shit motherfucker.” Well we all get it wrong once in awhile. Like they say “ Fuck around and find out.” It ain't no game in that kind of intense situation. You lose your weapon it’s life or death. There is nobody coming to rescue your ass and no 911. You have 100 folks on the lot next up you that are against you so what do you do? What would of you done? Same situation? I can fight like a motherfucker but in a situation like that it’s life or death
if it was me in that situation i wouldnt shoot someone in the back

Yes, I did. Urban or rural, the job is the same.
Because its not additional protection. Its an additional responsibility. That you dont understand that speaks to your age and/or understanding of emergency medicine/firearms.
Base pay for medics is dependent on skill and scope of practice. An EMT is not a medic.

In other words the victim didn’t think the kid would risk capital punishment
You know how great the right believes the death penalty controls thugs
Looks like another right wing failure
But more guns yeah
