So i noticed that my Afghan Kush and my White Berry are both growin single blade leaves... anyone have any reason why?
What kindof nutrients have you fed the plants? They look real good, but the lower leaves are yellowing a bit too.

I'm not a very experienced grower, so take it with a grain of salt, but my plants (tho much younger then yours) were getting single leaf growths, due to a nute def. in Phosphorus. In your case however, it could just be completely normal, or just the 'budleaves' as DD420 pointed out.

Here's a link to the nutrient def. table I was making reference to, hope it helps --

and I wouldn't worry to much, your pants overall look very nice :weed:

Im thinkin its just the bud leaves... I used fox farms grow big the whole veg and they were really healthy. Im thinkin the yellowing is because i cut the veg nutes back and added flower nutes scince its the 3rd week of flowering. Im gonna go up there today and give em' a good dose of grow big then im gonna switch to all beastie bloomz for 2-3 more weeks then give them another dose of veg to keep the yellowing from commin back. Can i use both veg and bloom nutes together through the whole grow? Would it prolong my harvest or have any other bad effects?

i get single blades when a plant get stretched too much or starts growing slow because of being stunted. yours are bushy and look to be fine

its crossed with ruderalis which is part of an autoflowering plant that grows single bladed leafs, but your going to get long buds and thats good tho . keep it up and try and get some seeds out of it so that you can retry again and know whats going on

ive had the same plus weird shaped leaves but always put it down to a bunk batch of seed! mine have only ever done it at seedling stage though, all plants have grown out of it as they got older! could just be bad genetics!

actually what happens is the leaves go from say 5 or 7 fingers all the way down to 1 and then they go back to 5 or 7

this happens when you keep a mother in veg all the time. she will go 5 4 3 2 1 2 3 4 5 and so on forever

so when you cut your clones off her when she got single leaves your plant may have single leaves for a while

The bottom half of the girls have mostly all the right leaves but then they go to 3 then 1, i dont think its cuz their not healthy. The leaves are 2 times the size of my hand... I'll get sum better pics up a lil later when i get a chance to go up there. So as far as u guys think, its only just the bud leaves? These plants are 4 months old now.

ruderalis is a genetic trait(not just a subspecies), mostly recessive, but can be dominant when both parents have the recessive trait. that plant is not ruderalis(or trait exhibited). i would guess those plants are from clone. i had a BB that would whorl the leaves if i took cuttings above the 5th internode. your plants are very healthy, i wouldn't sweat it, i would keep up the good work!

i had the same thing happen. it all depends on your light cycles. it looks like it is reverting back to veg instead of flowering. then in the end you will end up with a freak plant and a lot of tops. usually you let the plant get to about 2ft and then trick it to flower then when it has about a 1in bud on top you go back to veg and the plant with freak out and start over. hence the single leaves. but then you will get 2 leaves and then 3 and 4. it's wierd but can yield a lot more.

Yupp thats what happend then.. Cuz right before i put them outside 1 1/2 months old they started to flower but once they got outside and in the sun they switched back.. My blueberry is amazing cuz it has around 10 tops cuz it cracked and regrew and i guess the veg-flower-veg-flower ratio had sumthing to do with it. Take a look at my grow journal guys!!
