They look like they are growing in soil that is too alkaline. Do you have any soil pH testers? If not, I'd suggest getting both a probe-type pH meter (~$15) as well as a capsule-type test kit (~$6) to verify the probe's readings once in awhile. The capsules can also test the pH of dry soil, unlike the probe.

bit blurry not sure. Dont put the clone so deep in the cup ,too shady and air restricting.
