Hi, can anyone help me?I noticed this stuff on one of my plants today and ain't sure what is is or how to treat it.I used a loupe x10 to look at it and i can't decide whether or not they are eggs or some kind of mold.I didn't see any spider mites under the leaves or anything else.

I am growing in a closet with a temp of 75F and humidity is 50%.This will go up or down occasionally but it usually is constant. My soil is MG with the timed release ferts.I have 4 plants vegging under 23w x8 flouros.I have foliar fed them with epsom salt twice to cure some suspected mg deficiency, but other than that i havent given them any fertilizer as it is in the soil. The n-p-k ratio is 0.14 0.14 0.14. The ph of the water is 6.5, and I don't really know what the soil ph is so i'm guessing that its balanced, which is pretty careless i know but i haven't got a soil ph tester. The light schedule is set at 18/6 and the plants are 22 days old.The strain is Endless Sky, which is a cross of Iranian Indica x Grenadine.

that is trichromes my friend. that's why trim makes good honey oil. i see trichromes on my seedlings. i think the plant produces then from day 1.

since our magnification is that low i would still go with tricom dust;) and that you want to get;) you may invest into some simple bubble bags to get it of after harvest:)
collect those leaves, dry them a bit, put them into the freezer in zip locks and then get the tricom dust of with a water/ice extraction/filtering:) that will give you a good load of free extra hash you would waste otherwise;)

Put the scope away dude and stop micro managing your grow.....give em some space, or else they'll take out a restraining order against you.

When you do take your scope out, you'll need a 30x minimum.
Peace

could be a bit much maybe;) don't do that stoned, freaked me out once in science class, last time i went stoned to class for sure:D Jesus:)

of course we were green, I wasnt being mean, or I hope I didnt come off that way. I was just having some fun.

nah video, just pickin a bit on you again and giving him a hind that we all had to learn and been exited with our first grow, hack i'm still fell that with every new grow. it like raising a child to me:)

Trichromes, huh? This plant is 22 days old. This particular leaf, as you can see, has some damage on it.Only this particular leaf on the whole plant has these tiny white things.I don't know much about growing yet or what the plant is supposed to look like microscopically or even when trichromes first appear, but everything ive read says to be carefull about infestations and shit and try to catch them early. It looked like bad news to me.But if it's not that and it's trichromes, then I guess I better leave it alone.Sorry for the weak magnification, but its good enough for the naked eye, just hard to take pics of.Thanks for your help.

hey, make a litle test on one leave, if you can wipe it a bit off the leave and the stuff feels maybe even a bit stick it damn sure looks like trichromes;)
