Anyone know whats causing this?

This is a WW that is 33 days old. Watered 4 times a day for 15min each time. The nutes being used are GH Flora series. The leaves are starting to develop yellowing and spots. Any idea what's causing this? :confused:

I will finally have a ph meter tomorrow, but for now i'm using GH ph test kit.

Plant looks OK, it's not unusual for the bottom leaves to die off as they dont get enough light. :joint:

I doubt it's a deficiency. New growers RARELY underfeed. Check your pH when you get the pen. I started out with a test kit like that, but it's kinda iffy reading run off water with it. Like dude said, the plants look fine. They're gonna have good days and bad days.

My planet is getting worse. The top leaves are looking very yellow now, and the bottom ones are way worse. Any suggestions. My temp is 87 during the day, and 75-77 at night. I'm feeding it 4 times a day for 15min a time. :confused:

the rust colored spots r nute burn and the yellowing could be a nitrogen deficiency

Should I flush? I just changed the reservoir 2 days ago, been using the same strength nutes for 4 weeks, which is GH 3 part GROW:5mL Micro:2.5mL Bloom:1.5mL Ph is around 5.7 I recently picked up Clearex and Cal-Mag. Thought I would flush and maybe add the cal-mag with less nutes. What you think? Plant is 36days old and 11" tall

flush and stop feeding till it gets better , or just lay low on the nutes for about a week or so. it dosent look that bad so dont worry too much.

This thread has been flooded with crummy advice. Bud you honestly appear to have a nitrogen deficiency... This could be caused by not enough nutrients, or (most likely) your pH is off... When your pH isn't at the appropriate level (Which it probably isnt because those test kits are crap, you need a REAL meter) the plant cannot uptake certain nutrients... If your plant is unable to process N, it will begin to yellow, it wont die off immediately, but it wont be green (which it needs to be), and growth will be slow...

Check your pH (With a numbered meter), get us the results back ASAP... and then I'll help you fix this...

I got a Digital pH meter yesterday. It's by CWP Instruments model Accurate pH2. I also bought the 4ph and 7ph solution to calibrate it. But the problem is that I can only got it down to 7.10 on point 1 and up to 3.4 on point 2. I followed the instruction. http://www.cwpmeters.com/downloads/AccuratepH2_4-2008.pdf. So i'm still not sure exactly what the pH is. It's under a 400w hps 18hrs light

Take it to where ever you bought it. If they care about their customers they will calibrate it free of charge in front of you so you can learn what needs to be done.

This guy isn't dumb... He can calibrate his meter if he reads these instructions.

Knowing how to set up, manage, and care for your equipment ON YOUR OWN is very important in this game. Anything more than $30.00 is worth reading the instructions on. Thank you

Things have obviously got much worse than the first posted pics showed so in hind sight advice wasn't good after seeing the next set of pics.
Definately looking like a nitrogen deficiency now so check that PH A.S.A.P.
Best investment I ever made was a Milwaukie PH pen, around US$20 on ebay, but don't forget the 7 and 4 PH calibration fluids. :blsmoke:

Cool shit, I would of walked him through it but all my shit is Hanna. How do you like the pen? I hate my Hanna's, they are supposed to be awesome but I find my self calibrating them more than I use them, And I use them daily!!
