Clearly you aren't out beans or $ at the moment. Substrate just effing disappears ... Doesn't say anything to anyone.. Deletes all comments on his ig mentioning anything about the site being down...then says it's the servers..now changes his story to other snitching.. and people aren't suppose to be just a tad upset? Bottom line is they handled the situation like a bunch a dicks ....I'm sure you were pissed at attitude when they pulled shenanigans on you too

Attitude is a different story, they have shareholders, it's not one guy operating the whole thing. I should've never gone through any of what I did. Wish I still had the emails... Piece of shit company..

You didn't answer my question, how do you know your order got him "busted?"

He's not changing his story either, he's moving servers because green line was going to report him, that simple. That would've gotten his site shut down off his server.. so he's gotta jump ship and move, moving takes time.

I'm not saying he's handling it perfectly..When I dealt with the company I got my orders in 2 days and the guy responded back to me within an hour of every email I sent him. Best customer service I've personally ever had. I'm just saying you don't need to go making shit up saying he got busted and yadayadayada when you simply don't know what you're talking about..

It's obvious that your harboring a lot of anxiety over this.
 
My experience with the company started out pleasant but has since went to shit. Of course someone who isn't currently involved in it comes in and tries to throw an opinion. sorry you misunderstood my comment. It's established that Nobody knows if he got busted, but I was sketched out with the timing of my return that it got him busted. Do you always walk into a movie half way through and wonder what's going on and have an opinion of the plot line that you missed? Sounds like you're the only one on substrates nuts at the moment.

FYI, I started the thread dude. I've been here since the beginning, I just couldn't keep my mouth shut after seeing your comments..
 
Yeah it seems like they are...I just hope the customers that are currently caught in the cross fire get taken care of...myself included.that's all brotha
 
It's completely unprofessional and every customer should be taken care of in a timely manner if payment has been accepted into substrates account...I doubt greenline is fully responsible for substrates loss of business alone.....that's the game ur in substrate....business comes and goes when ur a new bank ....if he's willing to earn his customers he'll make a comeback just like TDT did when shit happen to them....the business is ultimately responsible for there reputation and how customers get treated ...just can't blame it on greenline supposively snitching.lol

For any one with outstanding orders since the substrate IG has disappeared keep an eye out for MiddleEarthGenetics I believe that is their new/other handle. I seen substrate mention that MiddleEarthGenetics will be "coming back" to IG
 
I doubt though greenline did the extra mile for all the trouble, the most he could do is report substrate or inhouse on IG, but lets all hope not from feds which would at least took more than a week to file just to raid and do jack at substrates servers, office or wherever. He could have snitched on INHOUSE instead, hmmmm...probable did that to substrate so no one would seĺl ihg? Naw!!!

I understand what you're saying and the guy should at least throw refunds back. But if the debacle with greenline and ihg never happened Obviously this wouldn't have started.
 
If his site got busted along with him and his gear it's highly unlikely he'll refund anyone. So if anybody paid through PP just file for a refund.
