in china weed is seriously fround upon... it's looked at as almost as bad as other drugs such as opium... i've smoke with some asian americans but over there it's crazy different...very strict punishments for small things... they spit on homelss people and hate lazyness... i know it sounds steriotipical...but steriotypes exist for a reason.

when i went to military college (shutup) in new mexico i smoked with this dude named Nan, straight outta China but he spoke almost perfect english. There was only like me and 4 other poeple in that whole goddamn school who even attempted to get high out of like 3,000 mofukkers, but i remember that this guy nan was like the fuckin king of blunt rollig and joint rolling lol! funniest shit, we couldn't go get papers so he once rolled like a perfect J with the front page of a bible, i dont believe in books so, no sacrelige here.

i know Asians who smoke but they were born in Canada

no known asians from asia smoke.

I'll try not to dig too deep into this, but based off stereotypes I'd guess NO. Simply because the asians that are not americanized and are still really into the honor, discipline their culture tends to stress on..you know the whole "You have brought shame to our family for not doing great in school" bullshit?

im from japan. i had an american dad who smoked weed in japan and i moved to hawaii and started doing it too. my brother also does it too. so to conclude, im an asian who smokes pot.

basically the laws in japan are super strict on weed and you do not want to get caught there. japans growing too economically to be smoking weed, that'll slow em down.

In my personal experience the answer to that question is a definite no. In asian countries they offer little distinction between heroin and marijuana. In the Asian culture also challenging authority on anything is a huge taboo. Of course like any culture there are those who do, but on the whole a hell of a lot less that us. I remember an asian friend who tried herb with me for the first time. I opened a jar full and he was like, "ooooh, are you a drug loard? I laughed histerically when he said that. If their government told them tomorrow that rice was illegal most asians probably would stop eating it. Americans on the other hand are like, fuck that, we're gonna start a holiday celebrating it. The first thing they ask is, "isn't that illegal?" I just have to answer its safer than beer and cigarettes. I hate to sterotype but on the whole most asians aren't about challenging authority.

One of my closest friends that i've known since i was like 8 years old smokes pot. He is vietnamese and he's really chill when it comes to smoking. Except he wont smoke you out unless you throw in half or throw in something. He hates smoking people out, Cause he hung out with one of my friends who doesnt really return the favor so he stopped hanging out with him. Now its just the 2 of us blazing on a blunt

I live in NYC so about 99% of the people are asian, most of the young ones do smoke, and even drink some, I was suprised to find while taking a psycology class that most asian people can not metabolites alcohol, or milk for some strange reason

I'm 100% pure bred chinese, Go to Vancouver BC. Tons of asians smoke. I smoke so much that people think that this is how I normally am plus with the chnky eyes helps. As long as I wash my hands have a smoke and pop a gum in, no one can tell unless you catch me at home.

we(asians) were the first to use and cultivate marijuana. the law is pretty much punishable by death so ya its kept down low. In japan its huge depending what prefecture/city/town your in. they have there own pot magazine like hightimes but its called burst high.
