no. put your light 2 to 3 inches from top of leaves. if you let them stretch another day they will be almost useless. hurry

they looked stretched. REALLY stretched.
i dont know anything about hydroponics, so maybe there meant to be like that.
but with a normal grow, id say these are very stretched and would need more light.

what do you mean by dome?

and when i check plants sometime i turn off like 5-10min the light cauz its hard for the eyes
could it be the reason for that and is it bad?

Dude your using a ufo? They are piece of shits bro. I actually sell them and could have gotten you 1 for $320, but I personally don't like them. Get yourself an adtional 8 26 watt daylight 6500k cfls and that should do the trick at least for veg.

stretched is when the plants are growing upwards because they need more light. your stem should be short, and your leaves should be larger.
if you fix it now you should be fine.

it was too late?
i got 300w led lights too for later should i put one now for the babies?

the light should be turned on right when the plant comes above the soil, for 18 hours on and 6 off, for 6-8 weeks i believe
