Are my columns frozen too long for my CLS to run right?

So last week I was planning on doing a few runs with my passive CLS so I packed two columns and put them in the freezer the day before I was going to do my runs. Life happened, and low and behold, I couldn't do the runs as planned because I had to leave my house for almost a week. Due to the abruptness of postponing the runs (sorry long story), I forgot about the columns before I left the house, so the columns have been in my chest freezer for about a week now.

I saw Dirtybongwater mention on one of his videos, and read elsewhere that prolonged exposure to freezing temps can cause moisture problems in the herb and possibly ruin (?) your end product. Should I remove them, thaw them out, and then dry the herb outside of the columns and try again, or can I just do the runs like normal and just expect a more buddery wax?

Thanks for any info guys!

I should also mention that they are dewaxing columns. I wasn't planning on using dry ice and denatured alcohol a week ago, but now I do plan on doing such. Would the low temps the dry ice/alcohol slurry produces possibly trap whatever moisture might have accumulated ?
