Are these males?

7 Days into flour and I think I have discovered two males in my garden. Is that would these are? If so do I have to get rid of them immediately? And I know it may be a dumb question but is there a way to convert them back to female?

Yep u did. If you would pull them out 2 late or slightly touch them they would release powder (pollen) that you would defo see :D Atleast i did when we had a hermie and that mf busted open .
