Hiya MmaMush, You gonna (-) Rep for good feedback? Not + Rep? LOL!! Just messing..both Soil Mixes look good, though it depends on what you doing and at what stage of the Grow you are @?
If for seedlings and babies I would say the Light Mix(It shouldn't Be too Hot)(and also for The Whole Grow, IF you adding your own Nutes)
The Bat Shit Mix also sounds good and I use Guano in My ROLS mix.
Plagron are supposed to be "Pretty Good" though I can't say, but thanks to your Links I think I'm gonna get a Bag of each, Prices are Good for the Amount (50Ltr)
Think I will chuck half of each into my Main mix and use the other Half of each Bag on their own to see how they perform?
With these two products you could get through most of a 8-10 week Grow(well at least 6wks in) I would use the light Mix for the first 2 weeks of seedlings and then when Potting on(BIGGER POTS) I would use the Bat Mix which will provide you with the Nutes for at least 4-5wks..
