Are we allowed to P2P wax?

I believe Humble stated that concentrates are okay. But it does seem to still be a gray area due to the solvents used for extractions. I know vendors are now offering it at the markets, Craigslist, and some clubs?(vapor lounge).
I personally love wax myself. Even find me going to that over flowers these days. The proccess of smoking is nice and entertaining too. From taste, potency, and the choke of a big dab! That being said, I'm starting to rearch alternatives that can give me the same potency. In my opinion its a dirty feeling running butane through my clean nugs/trim. I understand co2 is starting to surface, but seems too much of a proccess for the everyday smoker who doesn't have the quanity to make up for cost of price. (Would like to hear some first hand experiences with co2 though.)
Dry ice hash and fullmelt seem like the next thing for me.

Well with a good vacuum purge you are removing damn near all of the of the solvent you used. It comes down to the maker and their process ultimately, but a good wax done right is untouchable. I just dont like doing it that much because it does kick your tolerance way up there making the flowers seem less effective.
It can definitly be a controversial subject. I do see it both ways, and admit that I haven't found anything that tops wax. For me, it's just the process! Watching a toxant extract a clean natural plant just leaves an unsettling mindset for me.
And price.. But thats another story. Haha
Edit: Really though. The farmers market is probably one of the best ways to find what's good and network on the valley. I can guarantee you'll find some there. Multiple people and have variety. If you get there early and ask. Sometimes its hidden or not openly on tables.

i dab all day, but yea i'll agree its still a super gray area... Im an amber glass man myself but love wax too.... every co2 oil ive tried SUCKS in flavor imo. Thats why i like the we grow farmers market instead of the camp 420 one, we grow has it in the open and camp 420 make u hide it like its heroin or something boo that.

I would like to know more about the enzymes, acids and other by products that are created or null when using butane to extract Cannabiniods from cannabis! Because there is a big difference between butane, Co2, alcohol, ice, and dry extractions of cannabiniods from cannabis! Maybe not so much the ice and dry methods but surely the latter!

Well yes there is a difference. Refined Butane works well, you just need to be able to purge it. CO2 is the best, but it requires very expensive machinery. Solvents break down the trichome's cell wall and bring all the goodness with it into the concentrate.

Only thing I know is that if I want honey oil or a cartridge for my vape pen that they are CO2 extracted. Wax BHO and shatter are butane. Other than that I dont give a shit too much about enzymes or what not. Especially after a big dab of nectar on a health stone. You dont think about much after that at all except for where the couch is

I have donated on concentrates p2p, I think the grey area would be the alcohol tinctures but only because of the said alcohol coming into play. I have been making dry ice kief and pressing it as an organic approach to stronger meds but I don't think it is full melt. I have seen bubble that was full melt which leads me to believe I could make some dry ice that would vape off a titanium nail. What are your thoughts on this?

I would say less potent but still like 60 percent thc. I know they can get like 90 with the butane.

as for what HB DC was posting, I'm no chemist but I do know that in a chemistry lab a lot of the possible solvents can often be used interchangeably with no difference in outcome, depending on what they are being used for (in theory 100% of the soluble compounds will be absorbed and 100% of the solvent will evaporate off if done properly, so the end product will be the same). Obviously the main thing you were getting at is whether any of the target compounds in the marijuana plant will be absorbed by some of the mentioned solvents and not others, and I can't answer that for sure but while it certainly is possible, I would venture to guess that the cannabinoids are all pretty similar chemically and all highly soluble in any nonpolar solvent, and if so then it shouldn't really matter which one is used

People are still getting arrested in Az for extracts = cannabis=narcotics it has not been settled in trial yet and carries the same penalty as heroin.
I wouldn't pay much attention to what goes on at the markets.. Those in the know recognize the dumb asses there and also
the history and hustle of Belinda Baker AKA....stage name- Rain Baker of course she is only about the money and hustle and I always laugh my ass off when I see her advertising for volunteers that are stupid enough to help set and clean up for free while she sits back and makes 7 or 8 grand while having the nerve to put everyone on you tube.

Also, thought I would post this, its on the very first page of the mma in the definitions section.
"Usable marijuana" means the dried flowers of the marijuana plant, and any mixture or preparation thereof, but does not include the seeds, stalks and roots of the plant and does not include the weight of any non-marijuana ingredients combined with marijuana and prepared for consumption as food or drink.
We should read and interpret the law written, not what we care to interpret. From my interpretation hash seems like a form of usable marijuana.
