Attempting first scrog. 1 or 2 layers?

As the title states in about to attempt my first scrog. Contemplating whether to do a a single tier scrog or do a 2 tier. The idea being better support with two tiers. My tent is 48x48x80. Only problem I see myself running into with two tiers is i have 4 different strains which have different growing characteristics. Gorilla glue #4. Grape ape. Quicksand kush. OG ghost train haze. Any help would be appreciated .

Also, would lolli popping them be ideal for this kimd of set up? Any tips how to properly lollipop? This is the first plan I attempted to lollipop
